Well thats it the plaster is off BUT the metatarsil is still broke not as bad as it was, its just the ligaments that are fucked now BUT NO PLASTER WOO HOO

Well folks off to hospital tomorrow to find out the good or bad news about my gammy foot, hopefully get this daft plaster off as I need a right good fucking scratch at it now
