Typhon was formed in late 2006 in the Wichita area by Savnok and Zach Collins.. Typhon has gone through numerous members who never stayed in for more than a few weeks, in 2007 Nolan Weber handling drums joined and the band took a more serious approach. Changing from a more thrash metal sound to pure Black/Death Metal. Our first release, 'Where the Corpses Lie' was self-produced, released on January 1st 2008, and is now out of print. It was reprinted in spring of 2009 by Nusantarajim Productions with an addition track and alternative art and inlay. Work is currently underway for our debut EP and will be out soon.
