About Me

Okay so I'm going to fill out this whole "about me" section of this thing... I wasn't going to do it... but i'm trying whatever i can to NOT have to work on my CV or my personal statement for residency....So this is me... I'm in my third year of medical school, though I've been her for much much longer... i'm like the Van Wilder of medical school... so needless to say as much as people will tell you that they really are sick of Loma Linda or that they want to get out of here... NOBODY knows my pain and how bad I want out of here. But there is a problem... I want to do Peds, and Loma Linda has a pretty good peds program... so the end result i might have to stay here for 3 years.

Former president Clinton, Senator McCain, John Stewart, Steven Levitt, Jessica Alba (whoo!!! does she do it for me... i'm sure you all wanted to know that), President Bush so i can either ask him if he knows how much of an idiot he is... or throw some water at his face... as long as it's not illegal... well maybe even if it is... and since this is all outside the realm of reality a 'pre-affleck' jennifer garner... =)

Music:

Elvis rules all!!! But seriously I pretty much like everything but country music... but considering we live in a society where nobody stands up for what they really believe, the Dixie Chicks are cool...

Movies:

Man is this a loaded question! Well I just wanted 'A Prairie Home Companion,' and that was a great movie. My favorite movie as a little kid was 'Back to the Future' (and i still like it... sad huh?) But movies that are at the top of list are The Godfather part 1 and 2, Braveheart, Matrix and Matrix Reloaded (cause Revolutions blew chunks), Ocean's Eleven (the remake), High Fidelity, Roman Hoilday, Casablanca, The Man Who Knew Too Little, Raiders of the Lost Arc and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Drunken Master 2, Varsity Blues, etc. (really the list just keeps going on and on...)

Television:

Biggest Aaron Sorkin fan... so obviously I LOVE Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Sports Night, and the first 4 seasons of The West Wing. I loved Spin City, That 70's Show, and the first 3 seasons of Scrubs and Alias. Lost is awesome. Grey's Anatomy is HORRIBLE, but has good eye candy, Entourage is fantastic, so is Rome. Soprano's is good, but i need to catch up. I've just recently started watching the Office and Heroes which both seem to be good so far... (and some good eye candy on Heroes too...) Oh yeah... my guilty pleasure is 'brothers and sisters,' i watch every week and i have no idea why i can't stop watching it! =(
