Born and raised in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley (Central California) many moons ago. I have one sibling and currently reside in the state of Arizona.
My creative interests lie in the areas of acting, sports, music, and writing.

Acting:
In the past two years, I have participated as a script supervisor and an "extra" in four short films, produced by Blue Harvest Productions. In their last film entitled, Nearly Departed, I landed my first speaking role. So without further adieu....
Sports:
I have either watched or participated in them since I was a young girl. Baseball and (American) Football are my two favorite sports which I like to talk with others, about.
Christy Mathewson, New York (Baseball) Giants (August 12, 1880-October 7, 1925)
Lou Gehrig, #4, New York Yankees (June 19, 1903-June 2, 1941)
Roberto Clemente, #21, Pittsburgh Pirates (August 18, 1934-December 31, 1972)
My beloved NFC of the NFL..Can you guess which team is my favorite?
Hint: I have followed and loved them (good or bad) since I was 8 years old!
As a child, I was a four-sport scholar / athlete. In high school though, I decided to just concentrate on participating in mainly one sport (softball) and one activity (cheerleading) while still trying to do well academically.
In 1997, a professional womens baseball (hardball) league (Ladies League Baseball or LLB) began to recruit players from all over the nation to play in a league similar to the AAGPBL (All-American Girls Professional Baseball League) of the 1940's and 1950's.
With origins in San Diego, the four teams that formed were based primarily on the west coast. The following season; the league attempted to expand to the east coast and included teams located in New Jersey, Buffalo, NY and Florida.
Of course, living in Arizona at the time, I could not pass up the opportunity to tryout for this. As fate would have it, I made the 25 women squad in that first season. The team I was drafted on was called the Phoenix Peppers. I was paid the equivalent of a men's minor league (single A) salary, per month, for three months. I was also paid a small per diem while on the road. We played a total of 30 games that season with 15 home and 15 away games; traveling to "ball fields" located in Los Angeles, Long Beach, and San Jose.

Today, I am still somewhat active in the sport of women's baseball. In 2006, I volunteered my services and was part of the coaching staff (at one point) during the regional and final tryouts, being somewhat responsible in choosing players for the USA Baseball Womens National Team which were set to compete in international competition (in Taiwan) that August. The team, ranging in ages 15-39, went on to beat the Japanese Women National baseball squad for the Gold Medal (13-11).
In 2008 Women's World Cup competition, The USA WOMEN'S NATIONAL TEAM took home the Bronze medal in a close, 2-1 win over Australia. Congratulations Japan, on taking the Gold, and to Canada for taking the Silver.
Music:
(aka, the sound that excites my soul!)
What drove me to travel to the ends of the earth in May 2007, (and again in April/May 2009) which I feel I had a significant life-changing experience because of it, was due to the love of the music that I have grown up with and embraced wholeheartedly.

To me, JLT will always be the Spotlight Kid...!
Pictured below was an incredible shot taken of JLT
from his January 26, 2008 sold-out show in his native New Jersey.
Fans from across the country, totaling 13 states, were in attendance
for this rare USA solo appearance.
And on this special night, JLT's Band included Karl Cochran (g),
Carmine Giglio (k), Mike Sorrentino (d), and Paul DiLeo (b).
They absolutely rocked the house at Dexter's!!

Writing:
To me, writing is my way of being able to show the enthusiasm and passion I have for a particular subject that I have chosen to write about. I feel that I am able to express myself (although I am still rather "verbose" to a fault) in this manner rather than in my own spoken language.
