OUR VISION: Maximum Entertainment will enhance the quality of entertainment in both the local and global communities by creating memories built upon social fusion and capturing diversity and beauty of the world we live in. Maximum’s event planning will be altered by a mixture of travel and adventure. ME guarantees a unique experience with a promise to deliver consistent energy to the entertainment market. We offer Event Planning with a flare that seperates a Maximum Event from any other. ME will create lasting impressions with visitors and ensure that local citizens are the main showcase.
MAXIMUM What’s in the name? Max-i-mum (noun or adjective) The largest or greatest amount, number, extent, or degree possible or allowed.The largest amount, level, or value that something variable can reach or reaches during a period.The greatest value that a continuous function can attain over a specific interval.
VENUE & SITE SELECTION: The site of a ME Event will be unique in form and location. The Event Site Selection Committee is comprised of Certified Event Planners (CEPs), travel agents, art and design professionals, and two student interns. Every event will be located at a modern and upscale venue that may often highlight art, beauty, and contemporary styles. The cities and locations that ME decides to visit will be exotic, diverse, sexy and some frequently visited or showcased. We will not only compete with premium level nightclubs or bars, but look for highly sought venues like ballrooms, rooftops, museums, and lounges. There will even be a time where we host an event in a secret location that only the ME audience will have access. With a Maximum Excursion you will travel to into a range of locations from tropical climates and faltering scenic treasures to panoramic views of the hottest metropolitan skylines and boutique surroundings. DRESS CODE At a Maximum Event expect the best in dress, style, and creativeness. We attract the A listers that know how to shine in appearance. Specifically, we will be looked apart through our style and image. You should be able to look through a ME crowd and see flawless beauty enhanced by a dress style that could be described with words like clean, sharp, crisp, tailored, sleek, Hollywood, custom, sexy, glamorous and professional. We will NOT be described with words that include trendy, thuggish, country, average, rough, shabby, sketchy, jagged, “bama” or irregular. Simply put, the culture of Maximum is top notch in all aspects of diversity. At Maximum Entertainment, first impressions are continuous impressions.
VIP: At Maximum Entertainment everyone is a VIP. With years of experience in the hospitality industry, the visionaries of ME are prepared to ensure that participants in ME events will receive the utmost customer service as well as receive the valuable attention required. The success of our business depends solely on the satisfaction of the customer. At a Maximum Event every customer will walk on the red carpet! To remain the premier event planning organization in the Raleigh Durham area and to ensure customer satisfaction, ME will conduct customer surveys. This will also present an opportunity to gain valuable feedback. Furthermore, these tools will serve as a means to continue to enhance the atmosphere at ME events as well as the ME lifestyle.
CELEBRITIES (THE BLUE CARPET TREATMENT): Occasionally, ME will provide its audience with special celebrity appearances. The A Listers and key figures in modern society are always welcomed at our events. In these incidents we will roll out the “Blue Carpet” which indicates a person or group has earned the right to be elevated beyond VIP status.
DIVERSITY: Maximum Entertainment’s commitment to diversity will encompass a variety of culture, beliefs, race, gender, ethnicity, religion and the like. It is our intent to represent the vast population of people especially those who are a part of the 25 and older age group who support the mission and vision of Maximum Entertainment. In showcasing diversity, ME commitment to diversity will be reflected through every event and our involvement in the community. It will be through extensive efforts of ME that each member of the Maximum community is valued for their individual traits, abilities, and characteristics. Furthermore, it is important that each member of this community and our target audience plays a vital role in the enhancement of entertainment in the local and global community. It is our intent that these efforts are recognized and rewarded through event planning. To appreciate diversity in life requires that people become open and authentic. When we open ourselves to the influence of others, we gain insights and facilitate the generation of new options in life and in general.
ME’S INVITATION POLICY: Maximum Entertainment’s invitation policy is strict and consistent. Each event will be INVITE ONLY. Occasionally there will be an event that will be open to the public in order to showcase our attendees and to accept new members to the Maximum community. Attendees will be invited based off of referrals, affiliations, interests, and ability to react accordingly amongst a specific but uniquely formed audience. Non-Traditional forms of awareness will be used for invitations but are not limited to emails, Radio Remotes, Direct Mail, commercials, magazines, and most commonly used “Word-of-Mouth.” Any information that Maximum Entertainment obtains will be protected and used solely for the company and customers’ benefit. ME may require each attendee to sign the guest list prior to entry or arrival of any event or excursion. Remember, most of our events will remain exclusive to our invited guests. Lastly, ME reserves the right to be selective at all times.
