Matthieu Amstutz est né le 28 août 1986 à Genève. Il a suivit des cours avec entre autre Alain Tissot, Michel Zbinden, Olivier Nussbaum, Emilien Tolck ou encore Mathieu Schneider.
Il a également participé à un stage au Centre des Musique Didier Lockwood près de Paris. Il y a pris des cours avec André Charlier, Benoît Sourisse et Jean-Michel Charbonnel.
Il est actuellement en clase professionnel au conservatoire de Delémont et suit des cours de théorie jazz au conservatoire de La Chaux-de-Fonds.

Matthieu Amstutz was born on August 28, 1986 in Geneva. He followed courses with Alain Tissot, Michel Zbinden, Olivier Nussbaum, Emilien Tolck or Mathieu Schneider.
