Atlanta is considered to be the "Black Mecca" of Africa-American business owners and is regarded as the center of an activity or interest. Basically, in ghetto terms...its where its going down! A modern-day Harlem. A place of opportunity where educated blacks can enjoy the fruits of the post civil rights era economy. "Mecca" is the key destination for Muslims in the Islamic world or it can also "metaphorically" mean any important site for a particular group of people, or a main attraction in a certain place that has a large turnout. Thus, our creation "Black MeKCa"(the KC is capital)...the central hub around music production and entertainment in Atlanta. From Kansas City to "Da A!" This is where the hits are going be made and where dreams come true! We then relocated to Atlanta to gain more knowledge and exposure to the music industry. We have a broad range of genres in which we specialize in but most importantly we focus on R&B. In the near future we would like to be signed under a major record label, but in the meantime we are open to collaborating with other artists and producers. "Black MeKCa" Productions is currently seeking any Singers, Song Writers Composers, Producers, Bands, Groups, and Models looking to put KC on the Map!!!
