It's funny when people say... you must only eat carrots and celery!?
I LOVE eating RAW & ORGANIC & WILD: Hemp seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, olives, celtic sea salt, pink himalayan salt, CACAO beans, cacao nibs, cacao butter, cacao powder, vanilla beans, carob powder, noni, acai, GOJI berries, INCAN BERRIES, agave necter, yacon syrup, maca, raisins, asparagus, celery, basil, onions, garlic, lemons, limes, spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, red/yellow/orange bell peppers, sprouts, raspberries, blueberries, apples, peaches, bananas, apricots, pecans, wild jungle peanuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, TRUE RAW ALMONDS (Be careful out there people!) and of course some cashews (hand cracked... no steam cracked or anything like that ; ). (SOME INTERESTING SEA VEGGIES): Irish moss, spirulina, wild blue marine algae, dulse, kelp, nori!Those are just a few favs.
I do not like high fructose corn syrup, monosodium glutamate, red dye #40, (or any artificial colors), artificial flavors, splenda (sucralose), equal (aspartame), milk fat, any kind of dairy product, gelatin, potassium benzoate, eggs (from diseased chickens) even eggs from healthy ones... just not about those eggs ; ). Which makes me wonder about the "spices" & "natural" flavors in some of the Vegan cookies on the market... hmmm do you know much about that stuff? K is for knowledge.... "THE MORE YOU KNOW!"
