About Me

Nella Fantasia- Natalie Di Luccio (July, 29th, 2009)
Hey Everyone!
My name is Natalie Di Luccio. I am a 20 year old singer/songwriter from Toronto. My dad is from Italy and my mom is from Canada :). I have been singing for over 13 years and absolutely love pop/classical crossover music. I admire singers like Andrea Bocelli and Celine Dion because they sing from their heart. I think this is what music should be about!
As a young teen, I decided to write a song called “Power like No Other.” A song about how all of us have a power to make a difference. It is one of my goals in life to inspire as many people as I can, through music, to get involved in helping those less fortunate. I have performed this song at many schools, charities, and fundraising events in Ontario and Quebec. I have also put it up on ITunes to raise money for a charity called Hopeair. Hopeair provides funds and services to help accommodate those who cannot afford to travel for medical treatment.
Below is a formal Biography which tells you everything I have been fortunate to do!
Natalie has so far had a vibrant and diverse musical career. She has worked with numerous songwriters and producers across the world. Natalie is also achieving considerable popularity within Toronto’s Italian Community. She has sung on the “Johnny Lombardi” television show, TLN’s “Viva Domenica,” as well at the Chin Italian Music Festival. Her talents are not limited to Italian or English music. Although English is her first language, Natalie has sung in various languages, including French, German, Japanese, Latin, Sanskrit and Spanish. This past summer Natalie recorded on a mantra for the album of famed Bollywood Singer Sonu Niigaam, which was released by Times Music India. In January 2009, Natalie travelled to India on invitation from Bollywood composer Tushar Parte. She recorded a fusion album with Hindustani Classical Singer, Suchita Parte, and recorded on the upcoming Bollywood film “Naam” to be released in theatres across India in Summer 2009.
Natalie has appeared in many musicals including “Grease”, “Fiddler on the Roof”, “Les Miserables”, “Bye Bye Birdie”, “Kiss me Kate” and “Seussical the Musical”. On numerous occasions she has sang both Canadian and American anthems at Toronto Blue Jays games. Natalie was also a guest on 90.7 Rav FM where she was invited to perform at “Summer Jam” featuring Warner Music Canada’s Christine Evans. In April 2007, she was a featured soloist with the Cardinal Carter Orchestra singing the Bachianas Brasileiras No.5. She has also sung at a Chief Breakfast for Toronto's Police Chief, William Blair, and Toronto's Mayor, David Miller. On August 14th, 2008, Natalie performed the anthem for NFL’s Buffalo Bills game hosted at Rogers Centre in which 45,000 attended. She is a winner of CNE’s Senior Rising Star Competition and York Region’s Celebration of the Arts
