Mihail 'Mishko' Parushev (composer) - drums, tabla, tapan and shakers. Born in Skopje R.Macedonia in 1976 to a family of musicians. He already exhibited an interest in percussion instruments at the age of four. He began playing the drums at the age of six, while at eight he began attending lessons with Garabet Tavitjan (formerly of Leb i Sol). In 1989 he began playing with professional Skopje-based bands (Oktavijan, SETH, Arhangel, Kismet - Mizar,Vlatko Stefanovski Trio, Project Zlust,String Forces,BLLA BLLA BLLA,DNO,HOUSEMAJSTORI,). In 1990 he was proclaimed the best drummer at the rock festival in Skopje, and in the same year he enrolled in the Ilija Nikolovski Luj Music School to study classical percussion instruments under Professor Zoran Spasovski (ANASTASIA). In 1992 he recorded his first album with the group Seth, while in 1996 he recorded an album with Arhangel. In 1996, together with Aleksandar Pop-Hristov he began working with Vlatko Stefanovski, and in 1998 they recorded an album as the V.S. Trio. In the same year, together with Gjoko Grujevski and Dzijan Emin he formed the group PROJECT -ZLUST and recorded an album under the same name. Since 1989, he has performed worldwide. ---------------------------------
