Grew up singing folk inspired by my mad irish mother, started songwriting on the piano aged 13, sang and competed in many music festivals during my teens, carried on solo until meeting Dave in 2002 when we teamed up as a songwriting duo! Tori Amos was an early inspiration, and many others followed.I work far too much to be creative these days, so I really miss having time to make music and paint.My favourite places in the world are Marrakech - I love the calling from the mosques, and the quiet still interiors. New York - quite different to Marrakech! - It has a feeling all of its own.I love Art and particularly John Everett Millais. I'm also a big fan of Egon Schiele, and recently discovered Jasper Goodhall - a contemporary artist who I think is fantastic !If I had milllions of pounds I would spend my life travelling and doing degrees !Thats its in a nutshell !Liz xThe songs you hear on this site are recorded on an 8 track at my home.
