Our listeners can enjoy commercial free broadcasting with continuous music, something Tilos Radio has prided itself on since its foundation as a non-profit organization. Thanks to the support of our listeners and their contributions the radio has been able to stay on the airwaves.
Established by dj D-Joint in the year 2000, the bi-weekly radio show aims to represent hip hop while blending in a wider more colorful spectrum that ranges from musical genres such as old school, gangsta rap, remix party breaks, reggae, dub, dance hall, trip hop, acid jazz & turntablism which add a cutting edge style to the core hip hop structure.
Bp Boogie an affiliate of the Boogie Channel was founded by djz D-Joint and Alvin which specializes in event coordination and management. They have hosted a series of parties, performances by inviting guest djz & live acts from their early days of djing in the 1990s. The last monumental production in 2004 was Hip Hop Connections I & II which offered live acts such as ' Illegalny 3K' (SL) followed by 'Akkezdet Phiai'(HU) and freestyle emcees while djz D-Joint & Alvin held it down on the decks.

In 2006 djz aMGee and Kwest together with AZA mc from the Scarcity label joined the show seasoning the mix with progressive beats and experimental soundz, while simultaneously representing underground Hungarian hip hop. D-Joint's freind, colleague and collaborator aMGee also does press reporting for the Hungarian online hip hop portal: www.hiphop.hu that represents local artists and supports hip hop culture world-wide in all shapes and forms!
2007 was a good year:-)
2008 Was a make it or break it year due to D-Joint's health issues incurred while at an international IT company, since then he has left 'ill corporatti' to pursue a more meaningful lifestyle!
2009 D-Joint literally is taking his audience for a 'journey into sound' by blending different styles such as jazz, 50s surf, rock & roll, blues, Bollywood funk, oldies, improvised bootleg mixes into a patented solid classic hip hop style. Cuts are tighter than ever!
2009 dj D-Joint was guest featured on the new AC album: one of the oldest renowned Hungarian hip hop band's 3rd album: 'Rap Disco'

The Boogie Sáv (Boogie Channel) has had a history of talents involved who always have thrown down mad skills. Among guests included are emcees who blow up the mic with freestyle rhymes and beat-boxing. Turntable-ism is also well represented and the show has been many a times frequented by Hungarian DMC Champions. Shouts out to all the peoples and our audience who made it and still make it happen!
