I take an interest in most everything, and especially if it invovles day drinking. Most Likely Spotted: on cruiser, at the MLK library, chasing the sun on said trail/mountain (probably Big Basin), A's game, at the bar or pizza my heart
George Washington Carver and FDR
SoundGarden, Journey, Rockwell, Planet Asia, Jack Johnson, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Sublime, RJD2, I grew up on a mix of MoTown, Metallica, and Too $hort. The first CD I ever bought was Aerosmith 'Get a Grip' I've seen Dre-Dog and Mac Mahl rap off a kareoke machine at my neighbors house. .you get the idea. Boondock Saints. The Good, the Bad & the Ugly. RAD. Blazing Saddles. City of God. Hard Eight. Bill and Ted's excellent adventure (but not so much, bogus journey). Life is Beautiful (yes, even w/ subtitles). Usual Suspects the first time through, I even liked Water World w/ commercials, so I'll pretty much like anything that's supports closure.
A's, Sharks, Warriors, Cal games, the olympics are pretty cool with the whole time zone thing. television shows generally don't sit well w/ me, I'll watch it if it makes me laugh.
Reference books, give me anything with an index, it's sick really, but I love reference books!!! MoneyBall, The four Dan Brown books, The works of T.C. Boyle. I love Harper Lee, Curious George. A Salty piece of Land. Guns, Germs & Steel (Couldn't get into Collapse). The Rule of Four. Really whatever I feel like, mostly periodicals and papaerbacks.
