Camille Abordo Official Street Team

Thirteen year old Camille Abordo began singing at the age of 7. She performed at her first grade talent show and her teacher Mr. Bradshaw ran up to her on the stage, bowed down to her and took all the credit for her singing talents. It was a funny sight. Soon after she tried out for American Juniors and made it to the semi finals. She then began studying voice with a great vocal coach, Billy Purnell. She studied hip hop dance, musical theatre and acting. She did a commercial for Universal Nissan. In 2006, she began singing the nation anthem for the Los Angeles Angels and has since become a regular there. In January 2007, Camille auditioned for NBC’s Showtime at the Apollo in Los Angeles and was immediately invited to perform on the show as their “Star of Tomorrow” which airs nationwide on AUG. 4, 2007 at 1:00 AM on Channel 4 (PST). Camille can also be seen on a full page layout on the April 2007 Issue of Inland Empire Magazine.
