I was born in Eastern KY in Nov of 2000 to love a fawn pug named Lily. She's a year older than me and was anxious for my arrival! After being adopted by my mom - an undergrad in WV, I began my life as a "frat dog." There were many nights I won't remember with friends I'll never forget...
Following graduation we spent three years in Myrtle Beach. I loved feeling the sand in my toes - chasing the waves - and visiting the bark park. But I did not like having to hike down three flights of stairs and across a busy highway just to do my business!
For a few years, I found myself back in my home state - only this time on the western side in Paducah, KY! We had a huge backyard with squirrels, birds, butterflies, and bees. No more leashes for me! I just scratched the backdoor and out I went! (Sometimes I snuck to the neighbor's trash pit - he's always throwing out some great scraps!)
The humans are in law school... and they've recently acquired a "study cat"... His nocturnal sleeping habits appeal to their all-night study mentality. I'm supposed to treat him like a brother, but he steals my ball!
We also adopted three stray cats - Ralph Emory, Toby Keith Kitty, and Kozy Little Black Kitten Kyle.
And now we live in the Appalachian Mountains of Grundy, VA. My backyard is a steep incline. I am a hiking dog.
Although often confused for a "'little bulldog," I'm actually a pug...
