Married to a wonderful guy (Dickey) and have two great kids (Amber & Steven). Opened our first store in 1988 in Vidor and our second store in Beaumont in 1994. Opened a club called Island's Bar & Grill in Beaumont, loved the place and the people we met, had a lot of bands and great food but could not keep up with the hours and having three business was crazy. Summer is the best, except for hurricanes, don't like cold weather. I love the outdoors, the beach, the boat, traveling to far off and not so far off places. Have been fortunate to see a lot of the world but there is no place like Texas and my family and friends. Planted my first garden, so far it is growing. Very much into organic foods and trying to eat healthy.
