United Kingdom born Rob Taylor is an up and coming trance DJ who has received recognition from the likes of Guy Ornadel. He has been mixing trance since the beginning of 2002 and has played out at many local club nights. In 1994 Rob developed a passion for Hard Trance, Trance & Progressive House & House music, because of the lack of funds he was unable to purchase a set of decks so listening to the best dj's & producers was the only option of listening to good mixes & club music.Rob's early influences on the decks were the likes of Carl Cox, Sasha & Paul Oakenfold and these days also world class DJ's such as Paul Van Dyk, Tiesto & John Fleming, Matt Hardwick to name a few.It was the year of 2001 that really changed the way he looked at club music after graduating at University he was able to borrow some belt drives and in 2002 bought a set of 1210's and his own material. At this time he was playing regularly at parties & then into the clubs with other dj's who held various nights in East Yorkshire. In 2003 he was noticed and still plays at most clubs in home city of Hull Club Euphoria and Eat Your Words and now is looking to expand to clubs further a field. In December 2003 Rob's skills on the decks were recognized by Guy Ornadel after entering the Ministry Of Sound Future Talent Competition on MOS Radio. Out of over 400 entries across the globe he came top of the runners up.
