Hello my brother's and sister's in Christ, my name is James and I am a single Christian Brother, sprung, strung out, head over heels, lost my mind for Jesus. I have been saved for about 8 years now (still learning and growing), and I attend Fresh Anointing House of Worship (ANOINTEDCHURCH.ORG), here in Montgomery, Alabama(Home of the Civil Rights Movement). Even though I am waiting on my Godly mate, I am not using this site for dating, I am using this site to connect with other Christians and as a tool to spread the "GOOD NEWS". If you are reading this and feel that you are not right with the Lord, there is hope. If you are going through trials and tribulations and there is no peace in your life, then allow me to introduce you to the “Prince of Peace”, my lord and savoir, Jesus Christ. Some of you may be thinking, “I’m not ready yet, I’m having too much FUN. I was the same way, I didn’t want to give up the clubs, the drinking, the drugs, the women and everything else that was leading me down a path of destruction. Some may be thinking, “I’ll do it tomorrow.” Let me share with you the words of song I heard called “Tomorrow.” JESUS SAID HERE I STAND WON’T YOU PLEASE TAKE MY HAND AND YOU SAID, “I WILL TOMORROW.” JESUS SAID I AM HE WHO SUPPLIES ALL YOUR NEEDS AND YOU SAID, ‘I KNOW, BUT TOMORROW, TOMORROW, I’LL GIVE MY LIFE TOMORROW, I THOUGHT ABOUT TODAY, BUT IT’S MUCH EASIER TO SAY TOMORROW.” TOMORROW, WHO PROMISED YOU TOMORROW, BETTER CHOOSE THE LORD TODAY FOR TOMORROW VERY WELL MIGHT BE TOO LATE. Please understand that is running out, people are losing their lives everyday. How many times will you say, “Lord get with me tomorrow, I’m not ready yet.” What happens when you wake up and find all your tomorrows are gone, and you’re standing there, it’s time to be judged, and you say, ‘Lord I just needed one more day, and he looks at you and says, (Matthew 25:12) "I TELL YOU THE TRUTH, I DON'T KNOW YOU.” It doesn’t have to be that way. A lot of us look to people or things for happiness and never find it. The only way you’ll have true happiness is through Jesus Christ. So if you want peace in you life than say this prayer. *** “Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.” If you decided to repent of your sins and receive Christ today, welcome to God's family. Now, as a way to grow closer to Him, the Bible tells us to follow up on our commitment. • Get baptized as commanded by Christ. • Tell someone else about your new faith in Christ. • Spend time with God each day. It does not have to be a long period of time. Just develop the daily habit of praying to Him and reading His Word. Ask God to increase your faith and your understanding of the Bible. • Seek fellowship with other followers of Jesus.
