Through disaster and flooding , from SuperFreak to Freakreation, the metamorphosis has been a crazy journey in festival creation. Now the Free Creation team are returning for a third time with their original intent .. to bring together an independent underground electronic music event catering for a diverse array of musical styles , appealing to a large community of festival goers , groovers , and beat seekersOn the 19,20,21st and 22nd of December the newly named " FreeCreation Summer Solstice Festival " will bring together a host of live acts ,djs ,visual artists and other performers for four days of free flowing fun..We invite fellow travellers and revelers to join us in celebrating the summer solstice which traditionally kicks off the summer season . At this time of the year (in the southern hemisphere), the sun sits the highest in the sky resulting in the longest day and shortest night, December the 21st. Traditionally in many cultures people celebrated this day by gathering and dancing as they acknowledged the joy of summer and the fullness of light.
