The BarRoom Stompers

First formed back in 1984, with Big John of the Riot Rockers on Drums, Daz on Lead Vocal, Ray Firth also from the Riot Rockers on Lead Guitar and Cheeso on Bass. They played Various Venues up and down the UK until they split up in 1986. The band reformed again in 1992 up until 1995. They have now reformed again in March of 2007 with a line up, consisting of Big John on Slap Bass, Daz on Lead Vocals and rhythm Guitar, Andy Boyd on Lead Guitar and Eddie formally of Vince and the Vellocetts on drums and second Vocals. The band is playing venues through out the UK and has been played on a number of national and International Radio Stations. The band changed their name when Big John left and were joined by Dave Churchman on bass. Dave has a long history in the music buisiness playing bass in suport bands to some of the top pro bands of the time the likes off The Serchers, Jerry and the Pace makers and Shirley Bassey to name a few. He eventually met up with Andy and Joined The BarRoom stompers.
The band has a 3,500watt PA system which is big enough to handle most venues within the UK along with a 10,000watt lighting rig.
