I love to travel. Every chance I get, I buy discount airfare and hop on a plane for my next (mis)adventure. I've paraglided over the Swiss Alps, hitchiked with a bus driver in Belgium, nearly got decapitated sticking my head out the window of a train in Germany, went skydiving in Vancouver, sang Karaoke in Japan, lived with some sheep in England, Pet a Kangaroo in Australia and went "river surfing" on rapids in New Zealand -- just to name a few. No, I'm not rich (An adjunct English professor with grad school debt? hmm), I'm just an addict . I love new places, new experiences, and great conversation that really makes me think, or laugh -- hey, preferably both. :)Last January, I went on a Fordham Alumni Global Outreach to New Orleans.
