About Me

This is a memorial page for Julia Renee Hayes. She passed away on Dec 16,2003 at the young age of 51. She suffered from Polycystic Kidney Disease (pkd). It is a hereditary disorder. She did pass it on to her daughter Stephanie. There is always a 50% chance of passing it to each child. It can be weird though, every child could get it, or it could pass them all up. Luckily, Stephanie's sister Jennifer has never been diagnosed with it.
Julia had a kidney transplant on Feb 14, 2000. What a great Valentines day gift!
Sadly, she got a very UNCOMMON septic infection, which was the cause of death. The purpose of this page is to help with the kidney foundation.
Her Daughters have created a team to walk on 12-16-2007 at the Pittsburgh Zoo/PPG Aquarium.

You can go to www.firstgiving.com/mommasangels to join the team or donate.Thank you so much for your time and god bless.a href="http://www.msplinks.com/MDFodHRwOi8vd3d3Lm15YmFubmVybW FrZXIuY29tL2xpbmsucGhwP251cmw9aHR0cCUzQSUyRiUyRnd3dy5teXNwYW NlLmNvbSUyRnByYXlmb3JiYWJ5dmFsZXJ5"
