About Me

About me...hmmm. Well,I love a challenge. I am an artist(bad career choice I know, but I love it), an actor and a musician of sorts(I'll explain what I mean later). As an artist I am more of a sculpter than a painter, I love working with clay and other various media(I have added some photoes of my artwork to my picture gallery). I hope to one day be an art teacher(even worse choice). I wont bore you to much with my artistic life, so on to other matters. I love the stage, be it acting or stage craft, scripts or props, dramatizing or building. I am double majoring in Art and Drama and minoring in English just in case. As for my musical talent, I play the Didgeridoo(an Austrailian-Aboriginal wind instrument made from a termite hollowed eucalyptus log), which makes a hollow drone(look up Jay Atwood and listen to him play), the Bodhran(an Irish hand drum), and the Jembai(an African hand drum), and I play them with no musical training(yet). Fortunatly the Didgeridoo doesn't take any musical training to learn how to play, just lots of practice. The Bodhran( pronounced bouran) and Jembai on the other hand have been more difficult for me to learn, since I had no concept of a beat when I started, so I played whatever sounded good and I am sounding better all the time(I'm so proud of myself). Recently I have taken up Karate at my college. My teacher...Sensei, likes to say, "It's not so much about being better than the other guy(although it helps), but Karate is for helping you to learn more about yourself." I'm also a hardcore bofferer...like, obsessed. Well, I could go on and on, so I'll leave you with one more thing to know about me. I am a christian, I believe that there is one triune God, I believe He created the universe in six days, I believe every person has commited sin and that our sin separates us from God, I believe God loved us so much that he sent his son, Jesus Christ, to live a perfect life and die for the sins of all people, I believe that anyone, no matter what they've done, once they repent of their sins and accept Christ as Savior they will be free from the judgement of God and the punishment of hell. It's not about giving up your life, it's about securing your soul. What do you believe? Find out more at www.worldview.org. or contact me. Have a nice eternity:)

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I would, as you may have guessed, like to meet the soloists for Celtic Woman. I would also like to meet Brad Stine, who has been a huge influence in my life. Eisley, because they are fabulous. And finally Patrick McManus, who's books I have enjoyed for hours at a time.
