The Phoenix Music Awards has announced it's intention to move to Los Angeles for the 2009 award presentations. Up to 20 Phoenix and Arizona based artists are to receive awards on stage at the 19th annual Los Angeles Music Awards event on November 12th in Hollywood at the Music Box Theater.
