About Me

I used to be a bit wild in my younger days. However i am now a very private person. You wouldn't think so to look at me or so i have been told. I find nothing more relaxing than to be home on a friday night, taking a bath, putting on candles and getting under the blankets on my couch watching a great movie. I don't do the bar scene and i find crowded parties to be a little too congesting. As far as personality-I am endlessly forgiving and extremely sympathetic. I enjoy the little things. I am pretty easy going but I am told I can also be a bit of a pistol- What woman can't? I have a strange sense of humor- maybe a little twisted, a little cynical. Overall I am a happy person who likes to believe there is good in everyone.

My Interests

Writing, getting into a good book, kayaking, shooting my gun, baking sweets, painting, going to museums and being with the ones I love. I also adore animals, especially cats; and nothing disgusts me more than cruelty to any type of animal.

I'd like to meet:

Stevie Nicks, Peter Gabriel, Diane Sawyer and Jack Nicholson. Most of all I would like to reconnect with old friends that I have lost touch with.

Music:

I have a very diverse taste in music. I absolutely adore the oldies. To me that is when music was music. I also enjoy CCR, Van Morrison, Fleetwood Mac, Tim McGraw, Kenny Chesney, Ray Lamontagne, Elvis, Roy Orbison, Life of Agony, Elton John, Peter Gabriel, Otis Redding, Stevie Nicks-the list goes on. I pretty much like everything except for very hard-core rap and hard-core mosh pit type music.

Movies:

Braveheart, Labyrinth, Blade Runner, Predator, The Notebook, Somethings gotta give, As good as it gets, again I have a diverse taste in films as well.

Television:

Most of the time i am watching TLC, Discovery or T.V. Land for reruns of three's company.

Books:

I am a huge fan of Mitch Albom who wrote Tuesday's with Morrie, The five people you meet in heaven and One more day.
