PROGRAMS
Oylmpic Style Tae Kwon Do: We offer contact and no contact Tae Kwon Do classes. Our classes are one hour each and they are offered five days a week. This class is offered to adults and children
Kickboxing: Our kickboxing classes run for about 90 minutes each class. We offer kickboxing Monday thru Friday. We have a trainer who comes in on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. This class is offered to both adults and children.
Cardio Kickboxing This class is offered to anyone over the age of 16. We have classes Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 pm until 8 pm.
Lil' Dragons: This program is for 18 month olds to 4 years. We offer an all day program for these children at our school. While they are with us, we will teach them their numbers, colors, letters, shapes, and everything else that they will need to know for school. Also they will learn basic taekwondo kicks, punches, and forms.
Summer Camp: Our summer camp is the only TEN WEEK program in the area. We are open from 7 am until 7pm. We go on TWO WEEKLY TRIPS ranging from the movies to the waterpark to the zoo. Your child will never be bored while with us! Our end of camp trip will be on Thursday August 21st to Sesame Place, please sign up your child now for this trip! Members and non members are welcome to join us on any trip!
After School Program:Our After School Program is offered throughout the school year. This program includes transportation from their all-day school to our martial arts school. Once they arrive in our facility, they do their homework, eat a snack, and can participate in 2 classes of martial arts. Included in the weekly/monthly fee for this program, we will pick up your child on half days and we will watch them all day when they have a No School Day!
