Cristiano Pereira da Silva was born in Araçatuba, Brasil in May 26, 1980. When he was 13 ( thirteen),discovered his passion for battery that turned her favorite pastime, in the same year began his studies at St. Cecilia conservatory , where he formed and taught for three years. His musical training included participation in several workshops, courses and classes of battery with renowned drummers as: Marco Minnemann, Jim Chapim, Albino Infantozzi, Dom Famularo, Zoro, Gustavo Melli, Julio Figueroa,Bob Wyatt ,Kiko Freitas, Zé Carlos, Alaor Neves, Sandro Haick, Alexandre Cunha, Ramom Mantanhaur, Cuca Teixeira, Aquiles Priester, Douglas Las Casas, Alexandre Figueiredo, A.C Dal Farra, Julio Figueroa, Vera Figueiredo e Renato Massa etc. also taking part in courses on Brazilian percussion with teachers Oscar Bolão e Betinho Sobré among others. He studied at the Dramatic Musical conservatory of Carlos Campos in Tatuí which attended the courses of MPB and jazz, composition and arrangements taught by Professor Mario Campos. In 2001 participated in national festivals of battery as: CASCAVEL JAZZ FESTIVAL, where he earned second place. And the following year was between five finalists of most prestigious Brazilian's competition "National Competition BATUKA". Silva also served as free lancer in concerts and recordings with various bands and interpreters: Rosa Maria,Paulo de Tarso,Kleber Lucas ,Soraya Morais,Ademar de Campos,David Richards ,Marinho Brasil, thePilgrins,Paulo Braga, Paulo Flores , Roberto Gnatalli. He was also involved with emphasis on the Symphony Orchestra of Londrina , Orquestra Penapolense, Big Band Nova Aliança, Big Band Santa Cecília e banda trilhas, where he worked for 3 years, sharing the stage with Guilherme e Santiago ,Mauricio Manieri Cezar e Paulinho , Pique Novo ,Zé Henrrique e Gabriel etc.. Silva won expressive musical space in Aracatuba and region, where he worked with the project instrumental "Aroeira Trio" and a professor of battery highlighting himself as a musician, recording jingles, soundtracks and production of CDs. Among their biggest influences, it is: Kiko Freitas, , Carlos Bala,Zé Carlos Silva , Hermeto Pascoal, Buddy Rich, Steve Smith, Dave Weckl, Vinne Colaiuta, Jojo Mayer, Marco Minneman, Virgil Donati, Esteve Gadd, etc... The drummer Cristiano Silva is currently in Europe making new contacts, working in different countries, obtaining very successful and seeing the result of many years of study and practice happening, being recognized for his talent for the good perceivers of music; Silva is quickly gaining its desired musical space in this new continent, starting a new phase of your life where he wants to be held professionally and personally through his work; showing world through our culture composed of diferents rhythms, always full of joy MADE IN BRAZIL. real editor best profile tools real editor best profile tools
