To the basics: I finally decided to join after all this time. I live in Ingleside, but I am from Aransas Pass. (yes, I traveled far.) My maiden name is Hernandez, and I graduated in 1986 from APHS. I am a proud 80's girl! It will be nice to keep up with family and friends. And speaking of them, I take them very seriously in my life.I am married to a great man, and his name is Hank Mann. We have been together 13 years and this Nov. 2007 we will have been married 6 years. Our interests together are NASCAR, NHRA, sports, motorcycles, and cars. Of course, that is together. We have a pt cruiser, chevrolet pickup, 77 corvette and 70 396 SS ElCamino. (two too many) but I love my husband, and they are part of the package, and he takes pride in his cars. So, really the cars are his hobbies. We like to relax in front of the t.v. or go out with friends and have a couple of cold ones. I have a 16yr. old step-son and his name is Little Hank, but he is not so little. He is 6ft and very handsome. He is one hell of a great kid. I love him as my own and he knows that. He also has 3 beautiful sisters named, Jennifer, Natasha, & Karen, who are just as wonderful and loving as he is. I come from a large family. I have 5 sisters and one brother. We all have different personalities, but in the end we stick together. I wouldn't trade them for anything. Aside from that, I also belong to great committee called "Santa's Helpers". We are a group of motorcycle enthusiasts. yes also known as "BIKERS" that love to help the less fortunate during Christmas. You will see and hear how much this organization means to me. Since 1998, we have put on a big motorcycle run and benefit at the Dawghouse in Ingleside to raise money and toys for families who will be less fortunate during the Christmas holidays and unable to provide for their families. The toys and money we raise helps the of families and children of the San Pat,Nueces and Aransas counties. After our benefit, toys are loaded, and gifts are delivered on motorcycles to these families. The smiles of these children are priceless. A portion of the money also goes to the Tri-County Christian Service Center to also help families with gifts and food baskets. Also, if you ever wanna see Santa on Harley, you have got to see us in action. The great thing about this group and all bikers in the area, we always come together at this time or any other time during the year when someone is in need, we are there to help.So come and help support every second Saturday in December of every year when we have our benefit. You will not be disappointed! Aside from that keep it real with me. As a friend, I give more than I recieve, because I choose to, but I can also spot a loser when I see or hear one. So please always be straight up with me. I like to have a good time, because it's 5:00 somewhere is what I say! One more thing, don't send me any "get a cell phone free, credit card, purse" or whatever the heck bs Bill Gates is giving for free. In other words no junk mail, please.
