Currently in his
5th year of serving the UK Urban Gospel Scene, Sean Devonte Oluwaseun Benson, aka
Threeface has been credited as a
'pioneer' amongst his peers.
At the age of 19 his repetoire reads like that of a
veteran:
From the BBC to ITV, from Brunel University to Manchester University, from F.O.L. to Manchester Apollo, from the Ministry of Sound to Hackney Empire, while passing through Young Voices and Live magazine, via Choice FM, Peckham Radio and Diesel Radio, interviewing the likes of Kano and Youth MP Acie Marshal, of course not forgetting the House of Commons...
Definitely not one to be put in a box, but then again maybe he's genetically predisposed to bring something 'a bit different' (3/4 Nigerian and 1/4 Jamaican), and with the opportunities placed before this young actor, producer and musical artist, who can blame him?
Things haven't always been smoothsailing though, storms have come, but having survived them, he is currently working on his debut album, and no doubt he has got some life lessons to share with us all, whatever your background.
