Kolbeinsen/Evensen

This Norwegian duo takes the listener into a world of sound that moves between the continuous and meditative and the fleeting and fragmented. Their scraping, thundering, trembling and tinkling sounds surround the listener. They create a three-dimensional sound image where the focus is on the very sound and the timbre of it, and where the more continuously colourful phrases may develop rhythmically suggestive intervals.
