About Me

..

Blending hard rock with the blues, Ian's guitar playing evokes a sense of realism in a world drowned in drama. As the lead guitarist for hard rockers Static Fuse, Ian refuses to follow the current trends, writing songs that hearken back to the guitar driven rock of the 80’s.

Ian has also performed and recorded with The Hollywood Fugitives, along with various side projects, and has received lots of press (mostly good!) and been featured in rock magazines like Italy's "Slam!" and "Heaven's Metal" in the U.S.

From the aggressive hard rock of “Stop Throwing Stones” to the gut-wrenching “Blues at Dusk,” it’s clear that Ian reaches deep into the past for inspiration.

Ian has a deeply rooted faith in Jesus Christ, and his faith is reflected in his lyrics and music. Ian won't shove the Gospel down anyone's throat, but he will share God's message of love with anyone who wants to hear it.

I've been laying low lately... most of you know that that means I've been in the studio. In the last month, I've joined and then quit a band. I really think I prefer just doing my own thing. No egos t...

Lying awake at night

Lying awake at night... it's a sign that an album is almost finished! When I first start a new project, it's all very open ended. I have some ideas, some direction, and a basic idea of what I want. Bu...
