There are moments when we stop the world and take a picture of what is around us, other moments in which we cut out of the same picture only what we want to have always with us.. A Plastic Boy was born on a midsummer night 2007 from a conjunction of a variety of ideas crafted in many years of underground work in the local scene, trying to save fractions of the images that every single member of the band have graciously collected thru the years.. From alt/prog/rock experiences of Jeff (Azalea Morse), the rage of Nick (TANTTA), the post-hardcorish art of Dave (So quiet in Vain), the mending vocals of Vil and a bit of electronic noises, A Plastic Boy is far more than a side-project or a pure and simple vanity cliché.. It’s the unconventional effort to q different views of music as they were edges of the same Star.. Hoping that you’ll want to follow with them the cue and the light made by its dust.

Ci sono momenti in cui fermiamo l’immagine e fotografiamo quello che ci circonda, altri momenti in cui ritagliamo dall’immagine soltanto quello che vogliamo portarci con sé.. A Plastic Boy nasce in una notte d’estate 2007 da un’idea congiunta di più realtà della scena underground di lecco, merate e vimercate nel tentativo di salvare frammenti di queste immagini che ognuno dei cinque membri si porta con sé.. Dalle esperienze alt/prog/rock di Jeff (già con gli Azalea Morse), il vigore di Nick (TANTTA), l’arte hardcore di Dave (So Quiet In Vain), i ricami vocali di Vil ed un pizzico di elettronica, A Plastic Boy è molto più di un side project o di un puro e semplice clichè di vanità.. E’ il tentativo non convenzionale di unire gli estremi a punte di un’unica Stella.. Sperando poi che vogliate seguire con loro la scia, e la luce, lasciate dalla sua polvere.
