I'd like to meet:
John LennonIt's kind of funny that John Lennon means so much to me. After all, I wasn't alive during his most productive periods; in fact, I was only two months old when he was killed. (Ironically I was born on October 9th 1980, John's last birthday.) And it's only been in the last year that I've discovered what a genius he truly was. Although I wasn't on this earth to experience the music and art of John Lennon when it was fresh and new, that doesn't mean I love it any less than any other fan. In fact, I'm angry that because of one person, I and so many other young people can't see John creating magic. It's sad that a man who fought for peace was taken from us all so violently. Even though John is no longer with us physically, he will never be forgotten. To paraphrase his own words: "he'll shine on, like the moon, and the stars, and the sun." John taught me the most important thing I will ever know: All you need is love. John, You live on through everyone and you will never be forgotton. Dream ...Believe.....Imagine.....Become...George Harrison was a light in a dim world to me. George was The Quiet One. The Shy One. The Serious One. The Sad One. He was a giant, a great, great soul, with all of the humanity, all of the wit and humor, all of the wisdom, the spirituality, the common sense of a man and compassion for people. He inspired love and had the strength of a hundred men. He was like the sun, the flowers and the moon, and I miss him enormously. The world is a profoundly emptier place without him.The Beatles on the whole were so unique. There sound inspired so many other bands. The world will never see their likes again. As a group, John was the soul, Paul was the heart, George was the spirituality and Ringo was the comedy relief.
