I enjoy working out in the gym, martial arts(sholin), travelling, Studying black history and not being brain washed by the things you see on TV or paper because there is alot of brothers out there who are not on point and end up being waste men. I also like to meditate this give me a way to channel my mind and thoughts.

Im big on music, its a great way to express yourself and relax to.
I listen to the likes of Common, Pharoah Monch, Talib kweli, Dwele and many others.
Movies:
I like the film the Colour Purple, which has such an moving story. Crash, Blood Diamonds, The Last King Of Scotland, Sugar Hill, Redemption...the list goes on.
Television:
To be honest I do'nt really watch that much TV unless its a Thriller, Documentary, or based on a true story.
Books:
Again the list is endless, I like fact based books. A personal favourite would be Killing Pablo.
Heroes:
Malcolm X, Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King and Mohammed Ali .
