About Me

Welcome to the MySpace page of Tony Shoebox- an energetic alternative/rock quartet from near Glasgow, Scotland.

Tony Shoebox create a varied yet unique sound based around infectious melodies, contrasting vocal harmonies and pounding drum beats. The distinctive line-up consists of two-guitarists, a bassist and drummer, although the drummer becomes front man, and a guitarist becomes the drummer, during the average live show.

With around five years of solid live gigging experience, performances are tailored to an art; with attention grabbing songs and high energy dynamics taking place.

For an idea of the sounds think bands like Idlewild, Teenage Fanclub, Feeder, Something Corporate etc..

The band have shared stages with a number of popular acts including Marky (Ramones), My Latest Novel, Orko, Viva Machine and We Are The Physics, to name a few.

.:.EP "Different Days" is available for digital download via itunes , www.emusic.com, amiestreet & Sony Connect.:. To book Tony Shoebox for any performances; please contact the band management at:
