About Me
Omada Arena is a theatre & performing arts ensemble founded in 2005 by two graduates of the Greek Art Theatre "Theatro Technis Karolos Koun", namely Eva Simatou and Alexandros Sotiriou. It is an independent, non profit organization and has produced several plays, staged at central Athenian theatre houses.PAST PRODUCTIONS:"The Broken Heart" by John Ford, staged at Booze Cooperativa and City of Athens Festival."The Gravedigger's Complaint" by Emmanuel Roides, presented at the City of Athens Festival and Apollo Theatre, Ermoupolis.“Titus Andronicus†by William Shakespeare, in co-production with the Greek Art Theatre (Theatro Technis Karolos Koun), which received an honorary invitation by the Armenian International Theatre Festival "High Fest" and a review at the international theater magazine "Multicultural Shakespeare".“The Awning†by Alexandros Sotiriou, staged at and produced by Praxis, Odou Keffalinias Theatre“High America II†by Alexandros Sotiriou, staged at Topos Allou Theatre“High America I†by Alexandros Sotiriou, staged at Victoria Theatre
