Revolution Earth

On July 21st, 2007 two friends Andrew Dunlap and Brett Tremblay were discussing politics in their country. They were suprised to see a presidential candidate aware of what is happening to the Earth and how he wanted to try to change this. This sparked a conversation. The two went into to talking about how they also feel something needs to be done to save their home, not the state of Washington, not the United States, but to save the world. Planet Earth. They decided they wanted to make a difference. The decided they would make a group, for people who want to save Earth from it's deadly down fall.
To save the Earth we need to do a lot. But even with all of us doing little, a lot is being done. We need to find an alternative energy source. Oil is getting us no where, only into wars. Wars destroy the Earth. This is no good for mankind. We need to protect our planet. World Peace, and having more enviromental safe objects in our lives.

Anything from walking, riding bikes, skateboards, or roller blading places instead of driving.
Buying things used, our purchasing habits have a real impact, for better or worse. When making new purchases, make sure you know what’s “Good Stuff” and what isn’t.
Buy items locally from farmer markets, this saves money needed for trasnportation of food.
Instead of throwing all your waste out try making a compost pile. This will not only save you money, but it is also good for gardens!
Install low-flow showerheads and take shorter showers to save water and the energy used to heat it. Or, consider eventually installing a solar hot water heater on your property.
Setting your thermostat a few degrees lower in the winter and a few degrees higher in the summer can translate to substantial savings on your utility bills.
When incandescent bulbs burn out, replace them with longer-lasting, low-energy compact fluorescent bulbs.
Using simple ingredients such as baking soda, soap, and vinegar, you can make cheap, easy, and non-toxic cleaning products that really work! Save money, time, and your indoor air quality.
