Just read the description i wrote a few years back and i am definitely not that person anymore... it sounded like britney spears talking about Taoism.. I must have written it while i was on crack.I used to want to believe that life was a Chanel ..5 commercial, now i know its more like an Almodovar film(one of the good ones.) Joni Mitchell is my prozac. I'm an entrepeneur, photographer, cook, painter, brooding idealist, coffee addict, in life my greatest blessings are my parents and my sister... also my best friends. I left a great life in NYC to start my own ambitious and vast 'empire', i'm well on my way, but the more i achieve the more i see that the only things in life that matter are those that don't have a price. Now more than ever my drive is to make a difference, to quote june carter, "I'm just trying to matter." I am learning to live everyday and savor the beauty of the simple things and the quiet moments.The older i get, the more blunt i am... it seems to be working... weeding out the insecure and fake people and making me appreciate the strong, genuine and secure people in my life. I get an allergic reaction from fake people who put on airs, also from spineless individuals. I appreciate authenticy as the most important quality in people.Words don't mean a thing, actions are all that matter. A person can never tell you who they are, they show it. I think "Desperate Housewives" is watered down, cheaply written smut and 'The Da Vinci Code" is one of the top 5 waste of 2 hours i've ever experienced; Dan Brown is as witty as G.W. and writes as beautifully as the sound of nails across a chalkboard.
