About Me

I'm a multi-instrumentalist, singer, and songwriter who moved in 2007 from my native New Mexico to Portland, Oregon. I've spent time as a singer/songwriter in the Boston folk scene, as well as juggling solo and band performances in Albuquerque. For a few years I was lead guitarist in the Albuquerque band Mystery School .

I've just finished my first solo CD, which will be released shortly on Roomful of Sky Records .

Every Wednesday night at 9 p.m., I host "Borrow the Band" at Airplay Cafe , 701 E. Burnside in Portland. It's an open mic with a backup band (electric guitar, keyboards, bass, drums, harmonica). We do our best to play along with anyone who gets onstage with us. It's generally a blast.
