My love for music started developing from the age of five. Born and raised in the south, I have deep roots in the church where I was taught soul music, old spiritual hymns, and gospel melodies. As I reached the elementary years, I continued my passion for the art of music by becoming a member of the band where I played the trumpet and was an active member in the school chorus. My passion for music continued in high school as I attended a performing arts high school where I was active in school productions, gospel concerts, and instrumental programs with the band.

In college, of course, it was no surprise that I was a member of the legendary Golden Voices of Tuskegee University as well as the Tuskegee Gospel Choir and a contemporary gospel recording group called the Sounds of Tuskegee during my years there. After college, I've been working with upcoming studio artists singing on a number of projects as a background singer. During each musical experience I've gained, I've continued to write original music.

We have performed a number of cities and events. In 2008 we won the Gospel Music Choice award for Best New Group or Duo and we also won the Small Group category for the Verizon "How Sweet the Sound" contest in 2008. We recently performed on Bobby Jones' Next Generation show that airs on the Gospel Music Channel.

Currently, I am working on my first project.This year has already started off in a mighty way and I am grateful and thankful to God for where He will take us this year!!
