I golf, I drink, I rock the hell out to great music. I'm a pretty good cook and a pretty good painter. I am also starting to garden... and I now await your, "You know How I Know You're Gay?" jokes. To fight that off though, I recently bought a guitar, so now I rock out to an audience of couch cushions in my living room. It's almost like a real rock show, except I haven't posed them with lighters for fear of burning my house down. If I can ever get more than 2 or 3 days in a row of work off, I would love to travel to various places around the world. (Although I hear that requires money). I'd love to see Germany, Norway, and Turkey... and many many other places. I have an interest for Urban Exploration... old abandoned places just fascinate me! I also enjoy baseball (Go White Sox!) Bears Football... and the Chiefs are starting to grow on me. Of course, I also love Fighting Illini Football and Basketball. Oskee Wow Wow!
Cool People in Wichita or anywhere... send me a message... please, send a message... if you send a friend request, send a message with it, just so I know you're serious and not just looking to stack more people onto your mammoth friends list and forget about them. Send a message... even if it only says poop... at least make the effort (and I'll probably chuckle if it says poop). Seriously... if you don't send a message, I'm just going to assume that your friend request is spam, and I'll label it as such. So don't waste your time and my time. Also... I don't add bands as friends (aside from a friend of mine's band from back home). It's nothing personal and don't think I am trying to knock the local band scene or that I don't like your band... If you're in a band and want me to give you some love, send a CD my way and I'll try to give you a spin or two here and there on my homegrown segment Wednesday nights. .. width="425" height="350" .... I'd also like to meet this guy
My top bands are Pink Floyd, Dire Straits, Crossfade, A Perfect Circle, Tool, Metallica, Ozzy, Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, Disturbed, Godsmack, Anything that Rocks and isn't whiny crap trying to pass as rock and roll... and obviously I like Aliotta Haynes and Jerimiah
.
This is Spinal Tap, Waiting for Guffman, Monty Python and the Holy Grail are some of the noteable ones... The Shining, The Shawshank Redemption, Almost Famous, American Psycho, Twin Peaks Fire Walk With Me, Mullholland Dr., The Straight Story, Se7en, The Village. Also a few Classics like Duel, Rear Window, It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World, A Night at the Opera, also Topkapi (if you've heard of that... wow... kudos to you) The Naked Prey (which isn't as dirty as it sounds... but holy crap... what a movie) And you can't go wrong with the classics from my childhood like The Dark Crystal, The Goonies, Clue, and Labyrinth.

Movies about accidents at gas stations interest me too
Curb Your Enthusiasm, Still Standing, Family Guy are some of the current ones. Reality TV sucks... as does most tv these days... I was really pissed when TBS stopped showing back to back episodes of Saved by the Bell at 11 and 11:30 am during the week. Therefore, I don't make much time for any particular program now... although if Twin Peaks were still on the air I would plan my day around that. Although, whenever I turn the television on, ESPN is the channel I turn to first. Can't go wrong with Seinfeld though, and I'm a big Futurama fan too.
Pretty much anything by F. Scott Fitzgerald, particularly This Side of Paradise. The Dante Club by Matthew Pearl, The Divine Comedy by Dante... believe it or not, after you leave college... you actually start to enjoy reading... Or maybe I'm just a freak, actually yes, that's probably it.
Steve Bartman. I still need to buy that man a beer. David Gilmour. Is that so wrong? Here is a man who knows he doesn't need more money, and takes a gigantic portion of his earnings, and puts it towards helping a large problem in the UK. That and he has written some of the most powerful and moving music known to man. And of course it's hard not to idolize my own parents for bringing me up... although I'm not sure where they went wrong. Mr. T. Knows What's Up. If you don't treat your mother right... he'll lay the smack down. Although he is not a hero of mine... this guy ranks pretty high up there... except for the fact that he looks like Bruce Pearl... that man needs to fall of the face of the planet.
