I am now 39 and live in Medway in Kent; looking to meet anyone and everyone for good times; laughter and friendship. I've lost 5 stone in last three years into the bargain - Luv my road running round Medway - competed in 6 10K Races now and two 10 Mile runs at Thanet - In 2008 i'm booked to run the Bluewater 10k for the second year, and am also doing the London 10k again in early July and the Nike Run London this autumn if its on. Then in november i'm off to New York to support my mate Graham Beaumont who has signed up for the New York Marathon! Socially love a few drinks with mates in the pub or a night in, in front of a good DVD, with cold bottle of Pinot or a few Magners over Ice depending on my mood.
