I'm a BA Sociology student at University of Birmingham and do far too much stuff to even consider getting a good degree! I'm on the Women's Network committee, fighting for women's rights at the university, I'm on the entertainments sub-committee on the Vale Festival committee which is our amazing university music festival every year: I'm going to be stage managing the Chill-Out/acoustic tent and also booking DJs for the afterparty if you want to get involved! I'm also on the Burn FM (our uni radio station) committee as Deputy Head of Specialist Programming, which sounds far more exciting than it currently is because the station is shut down currently for vital electronic refurb. Before though, I used to co-present an Indie show with Rach, and more recently I did my own Folk and trad show which I loved to bits. I'm also really into Socialism and worker's rights although I don't have much time to be very helpful this year what with the workload, and I'm really getting into the pro-abortion rights stuff too.
