The Timothy Generation is a Christian band of five kids from Haileyville, Oklahoma who love to praise God through the music they love. Their mission, just as any other Christian band, is to bring people closer to Jesus Christ but another mission of high importance to them is to let young people know that you are never too young to minister in the name of Christ. Just as the Lord told Timothy through the apostle Paul "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young..." neither shall we. We, the young people who have a love for Christ, are "The Timothy Generation."The band was formed in late 2006 with the name SWAT (Servants With A Testimony) with three people-Chris, David, & Sean. In April of 2007, the same time Warner and Brooke (who left June 9, 2008) joined, the band decided to change its name to four-twelve, standing for 1 Timothy 4:12 (look it up!), which they thought would be more original. Guess what, it wasn't original enough! They found another band with a very similar name. So on July 18, 2007 the band's official name became The Timothy Generation or TTG for short. On May 14, 2008 Nick Hauff came in and on March 30, 2009 Nathan Drake joined to make the current TTG.
