Graffik

Graffik started as a band in late 2004, composed from Dan Levis (Lead Guitar), Dre Larcher (Drums), Marc St-Onge (Ryth. Guitar) and Max Robert (Bass). In early 2005, Marc and Max left the band but Dan and Dre kept going, learning mostly Metallica songs. Around March 2005, the high school we all went at organized a day where bands from the school could go and play called Franco Jam, this made Dan and Dre's search for a bassist and a signer. Less than a month before the concert, Dan convinces his twin brother with the help of Jean-Marc Guenette an old school rocker Mich to sign and not long after, JR Arcand, a friend of Mich and Dan's since pre-school was playing bass for another local band, Public Waste and was unhappy with the "non-metalness" of the band, joined Graffik as soon as he had the opportunity. Now it's early 2006 and it's retarded how much the band has improved from playing "For Whom The Bell Tolls" at the Franco Jam to winning first place in the Pam Day battle of the bands out of 16 other bands.UnFortunately the new year has brought news from one of the band members. In early 2007 JR Arcand decided to quit Graffik for personal reasons. Soon after, the band found a even more talented replacement named Zach(Beezer)Bissonnette who exeeds the way a bass should be played , surely the progress of this band will become even greater.Check out a Graffik show whenever you wanna make your eardrums bleed from listening to too much bone crushing metal!
