About Me

My name is Sally Steel. I have travelled far from my homeland, Mysteria, to teach poledancing classes to people who love rock music, in the northwest of England. I am a qualified exercise to music instructor and an experienced pole dancer.
The Leeds classes take place monday nights at The Subculture ( under the Merrion Centre )beginner's 7.15-8.30, intermediate 6.00-7.15pm.
Manchester classes are on wednesdays, upstairs at Club Phoenix on Oxford Road. Beginner's runs 7.30-8.30pm, intermediate 6.30-7.30pm.
Liverpool classes take place every tuesday, beginner's 6.30-7.30pm, intermediate 7.30-8.45pm at The Performer's Theatre studio, Maryland street(off Hope Street).
All classes are drop in, there is no need to book in advance. Prices are £7.50/lesson.
Pole parties to celebrate hen nights, birthdays, whatever you like, can be arranged.
Poledancing is a fun way to burn calories, increase fitness levels, and strengthen and tone muscles. Its also a great way to express yourself, increase your confidence and meet new people.
All you need to bring to the lessons are trainers for the warm up, heels/boots to dance in, and clothes you feel comfortable dancing in. The music is rock/metal. Any questions - drop me a line.
