I'm Bill the Cat from Berkeley Breathed's "Bloom County" and "Outland" comic strips. I like to drink beer, hang out with my penguin pal Opus, and make cryptic social commentary like "ACK!' and "THBBBBBBBT!" Back in the '80s, I fronted a hair-metal band called "Deathtongue," but we were forced to rename the group "Billy and the Boingers" after a bunch of right-wing assholes in Congress attacked us for promoting "porn rock."
