My name is Evan Thomas Weiss. For years I had written and recorded music in bands (The Progress, Damiera, Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A Start and many others). Starting on 09/27/2007 I had started a year long project in which I was to write, record and release one new song every week for an entire year... roughly 52 songs. With some help from a few friends, I launched my own website and got underway. The site had received over 300,000 unique downloads by the time my project had been finished. More than I had ever anticipated (figuring this was more of a personal goal than anything). Anyway, Chris at No Sleep Records approached me about releasing the songs and I couldn't have been more siked. Here are all 52 Weeks. 2 CD's. Beautifully packaged, completely remixed and mastered.
