Phat Phidelity is made up of two companies: a recording company and a record label. Record Label Phat Phidelity run independent record label based in the East Midlands. Basically we're into music, fucking cool music and that’s what we want to do. Work with, record and release good bands that play fucking cool music. We put on regular nights around Nottingham with bands and artists working with the label and other cool bands from around the land. During our first year we ran a bi-monthly event known as 'Best of Seven' which was held at Bar Seven. We selected the acts play, many of which frequent open mic nights of Nottingham. The night was recorded and mixed by us with plans to release a Nottingham uNPLUGGED compilation in the future. We also have other gigs booked throughout the year with bands from the roster, there is some fucking cool music around, everyone just needs to look in the right places :)Recording Studio
The recording side of Phat Phidelity ltd. consists of engineers, Sam Paylor and Ryan Morris recording at a studio known as First Love . We have recently been doing a lot of building working to the studio to improve the place. Its a great studio with a selection of live rooms with unique sounds and a lot of nice sounding gear both hardware and software.
