The Sound Inside

About Me

After growing up on a mispent childhood, The Sound Inside (Joe Faulkner) turned to music and it became his saviour. Seeking solace in everything from Red Hot Chili Peppers to Fleetwood Mac and Linkin Park to Tina Turner, it was time to learn an instrument.
Cue Dan Burrows who guided Joe with a simple four note riff of 'Smoke On The Water' by Deep Purple, this essentially equipped Joe with skills needed to learn guitar.
Three years later he starts writing his own songs. Inspired by life, love, loss, landscape and exhaustion, Joe has admitted to becoming increasingly aware of life and its harsh realities.
Joining Joe are some very talented musicians. The spot on Sean Smith on drums, the quirky Martyn Spark on Lead Guitar and the fantastic melodies of the beautiful Indigo Hull and Sara Spiers ..o and Violin, respectively, and finally after a few people have had the place, Dan Burrows has settled down with the band to play Bass Guitar.
What happens now is a journey into the world of broken families, fantastic nights out, and being in love far more then words can describe.
